Refund Policy
Last updated 11 October 2026
We want you to be happy with Sendwing. This policy explains when you can get your money back. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds on our behalf.
14-day refunds on subscriptions
If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund of a subscription payment, monthly or yearly, within 14 days of being charged. This applies to your first payment and to renewals. A refunded subscription is cancelled along with it.
Overage charges
Overage is charged for contacts above your plan's included amount, for days that have already passed, so it isn't refundable. If you think an overage charge is wrong, tell us and we'll check it and refund anything billed in error.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time in the app under Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling after the 14-day window doesn't refund the rest of the period.
When we may refuse a refund
We may refuse a refund where an account was suspended for breaking our Acceptable Use Policy, or where refunds are being requested repeatedly in a way that looks like abuse.
How to ask
Email support@sendwing.app from your account's email address, with the workspace name. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt or contact Paddle throughpaddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
This policy doesn't affect any rights you have under consumer protection law.
